Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Definitions
"Customer" means the person who accepts a quotation of the Company for the sale of Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Company.
"Company" means All Seasons Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd registered in England under number 4732174
"Conditions" means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the customer and the Company.
Basis Of Sale
Unless otherwise agreed, all sales made by the Company and purchases made by the customer are made under these Conditions.
No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between authorised representatives of the Customer or the Company.
The Customer shall ensure that the capacity and performance of any goods purchased are suitable for the Customers purpose.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, brochure, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Company.
Price
The Company reserves the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to the Company which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Company, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the goods which is requested by the Customer, or any delay cause by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give the Company adequate information or instructions.
The price is exclusive of any applicable value added tax, which the customer shall be additionally liable to pay the Company.
Terms of Payment
A Customer who does not hold an authorised credit card facility with the Company will be required to pay for the goods prior to delivery. The Company reserves the right to request cleared funds prior to delivery depending on the nature and the amount of the goods ordered.
A Customer who holds an authorised credit account, which is being maintained in accordance with the Company's terms and within the credit limit set, shall pay for any goods at the time of ordering.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Risk and Title
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, or any other provision of these Conditions, the title of these goods shall not pass to the Customer till the Company has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods and all other goods agreed to be sold by the Company to the Customer for which payment is then due.
Risk or loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
Claims for damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to the company in writing, within 24 hours of delivery to the customer.
Shipping And Handling
All mainland UK deliveries are FREE. A small charge will otherwise apply. Pricing available on request.
Any extra costs incurred by the company as a result of delays, interruptions or suspension of work due to default on the part of the purchaser, the costs incurred shall be added to the contract price.
Where deliveries are made and there is no one to sign for it we reserve the right to charge delivery again.
Couriers will make delivery to the door (or site) but not to locations within. Installation is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, erecting or start up.
You must make sure that you have sufficient handling facilities to receive the goods you have ordered and that large or bulky items can fit through the required access! Any charges incurred from an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the courier must be paid for by the customer as recipient.
Customers are advised that they should un-pack and inspect all goods upon delivery. Please check goods for damage and sign the delivery note accordingly.
Once goods have been moved, damage claims cannot be considered. Claims received for damaged goods on delivery where the delivery notes do not indicate damages shall be void. Not checked or similar wording is not acceptable.
Any shortages, damage, incorrect or faulty equipment must be notified to us within 24 hours from receipt of goods or a claim cannot be established. This does not effect your statutory rights as a customer.
Delivery Schedule
Standard UK delivery on our products is approximately 3-5 working days.
If you require a more urgent delivery, please contact our office on 01472 751817 and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
Manufacturers delivering goods often use couriers using one person only. We endeavour to deliver goods within the period stated at time of sale, however, as most deliveries are completed by 3rd party couriers, we cannot accept liability for delays or losses.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Subject to the conditions set out below, the goods supplied by the Company are guaranteed in accordance with the terms of the manufacturers warranty provided with the goods, or for 12 months if not stated with the goods, and that the goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
The above warranty given by the Company is subject to the following conditions:
The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from any input material or other drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer.
The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, operator error, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Company's or manufacturer's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without the Company's approval.
The Company shall be under no liability under the above warranty (or any other warranty, condition or guarantee) until the total price of the goods has been paid in full.
The Company shall be under no liability under the above warranty if the goods are not serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's and Health and Safety Executive recommendations.
The above warranty does not extend to glass, door seals, tubes/bulbs and consumables supplied by the Company as part of the goods or otherwise. Scale related problems are not covered by warranty.
Subject as expressly provided in these Conditions all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded.
Where any valid claim in respect of any goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to the Company in accordance of the warranty set out under risk and title, the Company shall, or arrange for the Manufacturer to repair or, at the Company's sole discretion, to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the Company's sole discretion, refund to the Customer the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but the Company shall have no further liability to the Customer.
Subject as expressly provided in these Conditions, the Company shall not be liable to the Customer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under express terms of the Contract, for:
Any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues, or anticipated savings: or
Any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (Whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connect with the supply of the goods or its use or resale by the Customer.
Any products found faulty upon delivery or within the specified warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of All Seasons Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd.
Should a warranty call be required on any machine that is still within the manufacturers warranty, we will instruct the manufacturer to send an engineer. If this call out is, in the opinion of the service company, not a manufacturing fault we reserve the right to pass on any call out charges or labour costs incurred to you, the customer. All Seasons Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd can be in no way held responsible for any loss of stock or business caused by machine failure or time delay in a service call.

Privacy Policy
All Seasons Refrigeration Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Any goods which have been specially made or are not normally stocked by the manufacturer are non returnable unless defective. All other Goods will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge and carriage charge back to the manufacturer.
Any goods which are returned will only be accepted, subject to the above, within 7 days of delivery to the manufacturer provided that the goods are returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
The Customer must contact the Company for authorisation to return goods. Any goods returned to the Company/manufacturer without authorisation and not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to the Customer at their cost.
